CASE STUDY: NYC LUXURY HOME
The client (billionaire investor) was suffering from health issues within their newly renovated ($25 million construction project) in their 3-story penthouse apartment.
Bluepoint was able to quickly and effectively identify mold contamination and moisture issues associated with the HVAC systems. An analysis of the HVAC systems was subsequently completed and determined that the systems were not engineered properly which was causing elevated moisture conditions that caused the mold growth.
Bluepoint developed a comprehensive mold remediation remediation specification (protocol) to ensure a successful and comprehensive mitigation was achieved.
